3.3. Prices and Payment

Payment for services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods as specified on our website.

3.4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid fees

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Vehicle Preparation

Prior to your detailing appointment, you are responsible for:

• Removing all personal belongings from the vehicle
• Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
• Informing us of any pre-existing damage or concerns
• Providing vehicle keys or access as necessary

4.2. Vehicle Condition

You must disclose any unusual conditions or excessive soiling that may require specialized treatment or additional time. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for vehicles that require extra work beyond what was initially quoted based on the condition described at booking.

4.3. Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information about your vehicle, including make, model, year, and condition. Providing false information may result in service refusal or additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Service Performance

We strive to provide high-quality detailing services. However, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent or require specialized treatment beyond our standard services. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, or imperfections.

5.2. Pre-existing Damage

We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to:

• Worn or damaged upholstery, leather, or trim
• Mechanical or electrical issues
• Paint defects or damage
• Loose or damaged components

5.3. Personal Items

While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service. It is your responsibility to remove all valuables and personal items before your appointment.

5.4. Website Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).
